Free Delivery for orders over £99

We now offer free standard UK delivery for all orders over £99 (excluding VAT).

Flat Rate Delivery Charge

No matter how much you order, be it 1 or 10,000 items, the standard delivery charge (to the UK mainland) is a maximum charge of just £5.95.

 

Standard Delivery Times

The normal dispatch time for most items is 3-5 working days this many be longer if items have become out of stock due to demand, weather delays or the time of year eg christmas, easter etc.

 

Other Information

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays. We are not able to deliver to PO BOX addresses. We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched. Unfortunately however, we cannot provide you with any information on the exact time of delivery, as we do not know which route the driver will take. We can only say whether or not the order has been dispatched for delivery that day, or if there have been any problems. If the driver does not find you in to receive the goods, he will try again the next day. Normally two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. The driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date. If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to re-order if you still want the goods.

 

Returns


Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. If you don't like a product or it is the wrong size, send it back to us for a refund. You are entitled to return the goods within 14 days from delivery date, assuming the goods are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Although we are primarily a business to business site, we voluntarily choose to adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000. Our 14 day returns policy exceeds the minimum 7 working days specified by law. In addition, if you receive items which are faulty or misdescribed we will refund you in full, including your original delivery charge and return postage (or we will pay for a collection from you). However, if a product is simply unwanted we are not obliged under the Distance Selling Regulations Act to refund your original delivery service charge and we will refund you for the cost of the items only. This is in line with the majority of online B2C stores. Although some online B2C stores may choose to refund your original postage, in order to keep our prices so low we are unable to do this. We will also not refund you for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

To process your return, you must use our online returns system within your account.

Simply log into your account and click the "return" link next to the order you wish to return. Then follow the simple instructions, print out your returns form and return it with your goods. Your refund will then be processed.

When sending a return, please include your printed returns form and we recommend that you send the parcel via a signed for service. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us, we therefore recommend getting return proof of postage to help you track any items that may go missing. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility.
